A fit that brings in complements
Bought two shirts off of a BOGO deal. Wore both out on two separate occasions and received so many complements that my friends asked where I got the shirt from.
Nice shirt.
Love the look and quality of this shirt but fit is a little off for me. Had gone up to avg/athletic from avg/slim as slim was just a hair tight in the neck and shoulders. This one is a little too big in the neck and wider than I need in the arms. Even though I'm 5'11'' some of the avg shirts run a bit short on me so I guess I'll have to see if I'm better off in tall/slim.
Great design and fit
I’m so glad I found Hugh and Crye. I purchased this shirt on sale and the fit was great.
Great size. H&C shorts very well made and last many years.
Been a H&C fan since nearly the beginning. I’m still wearing the H&C shirts I bought 3 years ago and they still look brand new without a single loose thread. Top notch. Recently switched from Average/Slim to Average/Athletic and am very happy. My chest measures around 40” or so and with the Athletic cut I have the right range of motion and the neck buttons with just enough slack to stay comfy if wearing a tie.
Awesome!
The quality and fit are perfect for someone who is short and broad.

Great shirt, but not the fit for me
I'd definitely look at buying other items from Hugh and Crye, but this one is slightly too snug around my mid-section. I'm a tall, long-armed, broad chested guy. I'm in shape, but I'm also a 37 year old father of 3 who could be in better shape. I'm a 34 waist with small love handles. My issue with most shirts is the chest is too snug and the arms are too short. This shirt nails that, but I wouldn't get this fit again.

Hey Paul - thank you for the review. Sorry to hear that the shirt is a touch snug in the mid-section. As a father of 1 (and soon a second!), I know the struggle with keeping in shape. You're welcome to try one size up - the Tall/Broad size, or I could recommend a few other styles that have fabrics that give a bit (open weave or a little stretch). Happy to help if you'd like, feel free to email support@hughandcrye.com. And thank you! -Pranav
